All riders are required to wear a helmet, long pants, gloves and boots that cover the ankles. We suggest that riders also wear chest protectors, elbow pads, knee pads and any other protective gear. 

1. The Pit mx offers no insurance for riders.  If you have pre-existing medical conditions that would make riding dangerous for you or if you feel the track is unsafe in any way, DO NOT RIDE. 
2. All riders must sign waiver prior to riding.
3. If you have not signed a waiver and paid, you may not ride.
4. Areas marked in red on the site map, or bordered with cones, barricades or orange fencing are off limits to everyone.  THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY.
5. Please keep speed to 5 mph or under in the parking / pit area, NO BURNOUTS IN THE PARKING LOT!
6. Please be courteous to other riders and give way to more experienced riders, HOLD YOUR LINE AND LET THE FASTER RIDER GO AROUND YOU. DON'T SWERVE OUT OF THE WAY.
7. Riders must adhere to instructions and warnings from track personnel.  Failure to listen may cause you to be ejected.
8. All tracks are one-way only.  No cutting of track allowed.
9. No spectators allowed on the track at any time.  You may request special permission from track personnel if you wish to enter the track for photo ops.
10. No profanity allowed around children.  Please keep The Pit a family-friendly park.
11. Use of alcohol or controlled substances by riders is prohibited.  Use or suspicion of use will result in immediate ejection.
12. Parents are required to monitor and control their children while on the premises.  Young children should be in the company of parents or guardians at all times.
13. NO FIGHTING.  This is a zero-tolerance rule.  You will be asked to leave and not come back.
14. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person.
15. Please put all trash in trash receptacles.
16. No riding doubles on mx tracks.

This property is used by more than one business. As you will see, there are many pieces of construction equipment and tractors on the property.  Please keep away from the equipment and do not allow children on or around them.  There are also piles of concrete, asphalt and trees on the premises.  Do not ride around these areas as there may be hidden obstacles (steel, nails, re-bar or wire) which could injure you.
